Crazy Club is open 10am to 6pm daily, however, our play sessions start at the following times: 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. This allows for time to clean between sessions.

Whilst we do offer walk-ins, we strongly recommend booking in advance as we have a maximum capacity and may not be able to fit you in without a pre-booking.

We encourage parents and guardians to play too as our facilities are suitable for the whole family to have fun together. We also have strict capacity guidelines to keep everyone safe and to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our visitors.

Our play sessions have a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes per booking.

Crazy Club is suitable for ages 0 to 11 years. Children over 12 years will be charged at adult rate. We do also have a maximum height restriction of 148cm. Anyone over this height is welcome to supervise their child in the facilities.

Ideally long sleeved tops and trousers or leggings would best. Something that is comfortable to play around in! Socks are also a MUST!

We offer free on-site parking as well as six fast-charging electric car charging points.

Yes, we do operate lost property. Please ask if you have lost an item!

SEN (Special Educational Needs) sessions at Crazy Club Soft Play are exclusive play sessions designed for children with disabilities, sensory needs, or developmental difficulties. The sessions offer a safe, supportive, and relaxed environment where children can enjoy themselves and interact with other children and adults.

SEN sessions are held at Crazy Club Soft Play at designated times each week, during quieter periods (4pm on Tuesdays and 2pm on Thursdays). You can check our website or click here to book.

Yes, parents or carers are welcome to attend SEN sessions with their child. We understand that many children with SEN may require additional support and supervision, and we encourage parents or carers to participate in the play sessions with their child.

We recommend that children wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and play. Socks must also be worn in the play areas at all times.

Yes! Our parking is always free! We have over 100 FREE parking spaces onsite as well as 4 accessible disabled parking bays.

We always charge for a minimum of 10 children when booking a children’s party, regardless if there are less.

Yes, a £100 non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking.

The full balance must be paid 14 days in advance of the party date.

Additional children may be added to the booking after the initial booking has been made, but only where capacity allows and with the agreement of Crazy Club in advance.
Bookings for additional children will incur the same charges per child as the rest of the booking (including optional extras and agreed special requests).

We will always do our best to reschedule your party if something comes up (minimum 14 days notice), but we can’t always guarantee that your secondary date and time will be available. If you need to change the date of your party, let us know as soon as you can!

Once final party numbers have been confirmed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for any child who is unable to attend on the day.

We advise booking for how many children you intend to invite and 2 weeks before we will confirm your numbers and that’s what you pay for.

You should always book the sibling in advance to avoid disappointment as we have a capacity limit and once that is reached we are unable to let guests in.

We do not allow food that has not been purchased on the premises to be brought in to Crazy Club. Please know this is due to allergens control. We have a café onsite which offers tasty, healthy and affordable food and beverages. We make an exception if you are bringing in food for a large, exclusive group booking.

We endeavour to create a fantastic experience in a safe environment. Our current rule is to follow Natasha’s Law as per the majority of soft play centres to keep everyone safe. No food may be brought into Crazy Club, including baby food. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We do not tolerate any fighting, bullying or aggressive behaviour at Crazy Club. Any guilty parties may be asked to leave the facilities. All our rules of play can be found here

Photos may be taken of your own child and guests. Please be respectful of not photographing other visitors during your visit.

The Crazy Club team are on-hand to supervise and oversee all areas, however, we do also ask parents to supervise their children at all times, and make sure they are familiar with the rules of play.

The facilities are cleaned between play sessions each day and even periodically professionally deep cleaned, making for an environment you can trust.
