Party Terms & Conditions

All party visitors must adhere to the RULES OF PLAY.

Please note this includes ALL Rules of Play including that only food and beverages purchased at Crazy Club may be consumed on the premises. This is for safety reasons regarding allergen control.

Minimum 10 children per booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your party. The remaining balance due must be paid in full at least 14 days before the party date.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for exclusive bookings. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before the date.

Failure to adhere to these timelines may result in your party being cancelled – the deposit remains non-refundable in these circumstances.

Please do not make a booking if you cannot commit to these timeframes. If you cancel your booking with more than 10 days advance notice, the difference between the nonrefundable deposit and the full amount paid will be refunded to you.

If you cancel with 10 or less days advance notice, the full cost of the booking is non-refundable.

Crazy Club has 3 Party Zones which can each accommodates a maximum of 20 children, please book multiple party zones for higher numbers (two zones for 30 to 40 children, three zones for 50 to 60 children).

Please note that minimum numbers and the £100 non-refundable deposit applies to each zone booked, whether the booking are made in the same transaction or separately.

We recommend you book all required zones in the same transaction to avoid disappointment regarding availability.

Additional children may be added to the booking after the initial booking has been made, but only where capacity allows and with the agreement of Crazy Club in advance.

Bookings for additional children will incur the same charges per child as the rest of the booking (including optional extras and agreed special requests).

It may be possible to transfer the booking to another date, but this will be dependent on availability, a minimum of 14 days’ notice in advance of the initial booking date, and with the agreement of Crazy Club in advance.

It will not be possible to transfer the booking date more than once.

Please arrive before your booking time but not more than 10 minutes in advance, this will allow time for you to be checked in and be shown to your party zone, but also avoid congestion so entry is swift and smooth. Party times will not be extend for late arrivals.
